• Otology – all types of reconstructive middle ear surgery particularly specialising in stapes surgery. Also in mastoid surgery for chronic ear infection and cholesteatoma. • Paediatric otolaryngology – all children’s ear, nose, and throat problems including: glue ear, tonsils and adenoids, hearing loss, neck lumps, and airway problems in babies and infants. • SCUBA diving related ear conditions - Very few ENT doctors have specialist knowledge in this area. Mr. Toynton offers diagnosis and treatment for the wide range of rare conditions (including decompression illnesses, balance and vertigo problems) encountered in SCUBA diving.
